Almond Butter + Blueberry Oatmeal


Delicious and filling. You’ll definitely be good until lunch — especially if you pair it with my protein packed matcha recipe


¾ cup rolled oats
1 ½ cup water
A dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut butter 


½ tbsp chia seed
½ tbsp hemp seed
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup chopped pecans 

  1. Place oats, cinnamon and water into a small saucepan. Turn the heat on to medium-high and cook for about 5 mins until thick.

  2. Place your oatmeal into a bowl and add the coconut butter.

  3. Garnish with blueberries, chopped pecans, chia and hemp seed. Enjoy!
