Red Delicious Veggie Smoothie

Imagine Naked Juice’s Red Machine Smoothie with much less sugar and way more veggies.

Well, that’s this concoction. It’s a fresh, citrusy homemade version of one of my favorite juices that you can gulp down without feeling like your teeth are gonna fall out. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 gala apple

  • 1 beet

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/4 cup cauliflower rice

  • 1/2 lemon (Peel and all. Just make sure to slice it into manageable sections if you’re using any blender other than a Vitamix.)

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 serving protein powder

  1. Throw everything into a blender and blend it up for at least one minute. (If your blender has less wattage, it may take a bit longer.) Enjoy!
