Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

I wanted to do a smoothie bowl like all my friends and IG faves 😫.

It’s also a fun way for me to get my protein up. I spoke with a dietician who encouraged me to eat more protein. So this helps with that ! (Approx. 47 g of protein)


  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen spinach 
  • 1/4 package sliken tofu 
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of water 

Toppings (Have fun with these!) 

  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/2 dragonfruit 
  • 1 tbsp low fat granola
  1. Blend your smoothie base. Make sure it's thick enough to scoop with a spoon. 
  2. Add your toppings and enjoy!
